Have a peculiar issue that's arisen on a user's PC here at the hospital. Under her profile, logging into the local domain on Windows XP Pro, she'll set her local printer to be the default printer and will delete one of the network printers listed. Strangely, when she next logs off and back on, the default printer has changed back to its previous one and the network printer that was deleted is back! It's like Jason... keeps coming back over & over. What could be causing this to not retain her changes here after she logs out?

Her profile isn't set with the extension ".MAN," and she's a power user on her local PC, though she shouldn't need to be to make such changes and to have them stick.

Any ideas?
