after installing win xp i have found out that i have no sound but the speakers are working. i got no disks when i got the computer. and when i scan the computer it says i have no sound card yet i had sound with win 98 before i installed win xp. if anyone could help me get sound back it would be very helpful thx

i dont know who built it but i am using onboard graphics

you need to download the audio drivers.

you onboard graphics is using 32MB of your 256MB so it may be a bit slow with some programmes.
