I have 3 computers on broadband, one wired and two wireless on a BT Voyager 2100 router. main 2 computers use windows xp home and third windows 98se. All works fine untill the last few months but now we have an awful lot of trouble with ebay, in that it freezes up and won't work on an almost daily basis, whereas on other times it works perfectly for hours on end. This problem occurs mainly on the first wireles computer, but it also happens on the other two but not so often. It only seems to occur with using ebay, which seems strange to me, has anybody had this trouble? or can anybody suggest a solution?

Try this:

Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections

Right click on the Local Area Connection and click Properties.

Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click the Properties button. On the lower half of the screen, what does it say about your DNS settings? Have you got IP addresses listed or is it set to obtain the address automatically?

This sounds more like an internet/ISP issue than a Windows error. Try calling your ISP and asking them for the correct DNS servers.
