    Re: Inconsistent BSOD Crashes

Ok I'm back to getting the errors again, my most recent BSOD error messages were:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

Is it possible this is a video card problem? My screen tends to flicker a lot, probably more than normal (or more than my old computer at least).

it could very well be. do you have a spare graphics card?

if you are using a card, do you have onboard graphics?

    Thanks for the reply.

I don't have a spare card nor do I have onboard graphics.

I was thinking though, that maybe the power supply is causing the graphics card to become unstable (which causes the flickering and the crashes). I got these sensor readings from FreshDevices:

Notice the +2.5v sensor reading only 1.82v. Could this be causing the problem? What does the 2.5v line feed? Maybe I should pull the computer apart and bust out my multimeter.

i have heard that before, that may be normal.

i would not reccomend using a multimeter because if you slip and touch 2 metal contacts, something could short-circuit and blow a component.

i would try re-installing your graphics driver if you havnt already done so.
