When I drag my mouse across the screen it is sticking alot. I have checked for viruses and spyware but have found none. Suggestions?? win xp OS. Thanx

is it a ball mouse? if so, they can get physicaly clogged up instde, try removing the ball (usualy by twisting the plastic) and cleaning the rollers with your finger, a small cloth or a toothbrush.

yes, I tried cleaning the mouse, but it did not help. I also tried the enhance pointer precision option but the same. Any other suggestions??

Are you using a flat surface? how often does your mouse 'stick'?
how much memory (RAM) do you have?
you may need to upgrade it..
