    Angry Windows wont start up.

A client of mine is having major computer trouble and since I was unable to help him, I thought I would come here for help. His Fujitsu Lifebook wont start windows it asks him to pick from one of the several options to start windows, IE start in safe mode safe mode with command prompt Normal recent setttings that worked or start regular no matter what
option he picks nothing happens it just goes right back to the same screen of options. He states he turned off the Machine and went to lunch when he came back he noticed all these problems and couldn't log into windows at all. He is majorly worried about all his business files since he is a Loan and Mortage broker he cant stand to lose all these important files. Is there anyway to get into windows so he can try and save all his important files? Or is the only other option to reinstall windows xp and pray that all his files are there? I know he will lose all programs installed if he reinstalls windows but what about his document files is there a way to save them?

Thanks So Kindly for your help

The Recovery Options depend on Fujitsu and what disks and or partitions they have supplied for this laptop.

In a worse case scenario the hard drive can be slaved on a desktop PC to extract data as seen here:
