Hello im new
I've got the same problem, the speakers definitely work because i can here myself when i speak in the microphone, also the music does work sometimes but sometimes it doesn't work, when i play it the music goes but i can't here anything. Also in youtube video clips freeze after 2 seconds....
Help!!!!
If it helps my computer doesn't have a make or model, it was custom made... but i never had this problem for 1 and a half years since i bought the computer.
