Any other problems? Does it always shut down OK?
Check the entries under start Run... msconfig > Startup
Here you can selectively uncheck the startup entries.
Also if it is an actual problem and not just a startup issue:
Go to start | search (type in) .dmp
Note the location of your .dmp files.
Then:
1) Download and install the
Debugging Tools from Microsoft
2) Download and install this
debugwiz
3) Open the Wiz & Browse to, or paste in the path to, your .dmp file.
4) After the Wiz creates a Text document attach it back to this thread.

I am having the exact error ,,i thought it was bit or u-torrent using too much download speed & or that my PC couldn't handle it , but obviously it's not that ,, it's been doing it for a while , registry cleans, disk checks , i tried everything , i read another thread about going to control panel & system & checking restart & recovery , i haven't tried it yet , but something is causing the PC to shutdown at will whenever it feels like it ,, can anyone show me the solution .
ps:: as i said , almost identical message comes up after restart AS this old post above .
Thanks so much
