    Still crashes after restage

I was having a lot of problems with my computer, it would constantly crash. I formatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows.

I am getting the same crashing problem. In fact, it crashed FOUR times on its own. It would run, then crash, run then crash without me touching it.

Can anyone help explain why it is happening?

    Thanks

    MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails. Tracking down which drivers
in the system actually did this is difficult, generally because the trails
of the first driver have been covered by the second. However, the driver
stack for the current request can be found by examining the DeviceObject
fields in each of the stack locations.

Arg1: 898a4e70, Address of the IRP

    Uninstall Google Desktop.

Also what USB devices are you running?

    As a test remove them.

Without Google and USB devices is everything OK?

I've uninstalled Google Desktop, and so far, so good. I wouldn't call it fixed yet, as it occured at random intervals.

As for USB, my Ethernet on my MB died, so I am using a NetGear USB Ethernet (FA120). That's it.

I did have another crash that didn't happen on Google's app, I've included the log for it below...

    Arguments:
Arg1: 8a312288, Address of the IRP
    Arg2: 00000d62
    Arg3: 00000000

If the problem persists after removing the Google Toolbar you might just have a conflict between your USB and Ethernet ports.

What were the indications that the on-board Ethernet port failed?

Have you disabled it (the Ethernet port) in the Device Manager as well as the BIOS?

    MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails.

Honestly? The Ethernet port just stopped working.

When I restaged, I tried to get it to work. But the driver for the built-in Ethernet actually caused the machine to crash every time it loaded. I had to go into Safe Mode, uninstall the driver, and disable the Ethernet port.

The machine also crashes at desktop display ONE time when turning it on. I power up, it crashes, then starts up fine.

I am including a log of when happens when it crashes on startup, then I'm going to bed (it's 1AM here).

My next post will include the startup crash log.

the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened.

Your dumps are all very similar and referencing:
    MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails.
My first reaction to this is still some confrontation between your USB and Ethernet ports.
