Recently i 'm not able to open wmv or any other such file extentions in outlook express
i try saving to my computer first then open it but it won't even let me save it. The error message reads " windows has found that this file is potentialy harmful to your computer:
to help protect your computer Windows has blocked access to this file."

Open Outlook Express and go to tools/security and make sure the box shown below with the red arrow is unticked. Click apply/ok and it should be right then.
