I am having a problem downloading "ANYTHING" Even when I try to update my anti-virus! I have ran scans in safe mode and all sorts of stuff but nothing has helped! Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks!

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore


What exactly happens when you try to download?

Any error message?

Nothing happens it just stops downloading!!! It says it is downloading but sits at 17% or whatever! It gets to a point then just stays there. I haven't done anything new it just started happening. Now it is freezing and slow

Try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
