My computer froze while online so I had to restart it. Now, when I turn it on, the power comes on but nothing happens. Then, after ten seconds or so, it shuts off by it self as if the power switch has been turned off. Can it be fixed? If so, how?

AC Adaptor is plugged in and working and the light remains on.
