every time i try and load windows i get the following message:

STOP:c0000135 (unable to locate component)
This application has failed to start because msvcrt.dll was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this problem.

i have tried starting in safe mode and using the most recent settings that worked and none have helped.

hi there that seems to be whats happend,i installed a tv program that allows me to watch other countries tv channels.

only thing is that it doesnt say how to fix my problem as i cannot start my machine.

where did you get the programme from?

did you say you can get into safe mode, can you uninstall the programme

have you got the discs that came with the machine?
