Hello I have recently bought a brand new computer and it has been working fine however this morning I TRIED to log into windows and it comes up with error message. "Something in the registery has been restored successfully" then it boots up into windows. However only the background/wallpaper is present. There is no toolbar or icons. Nothing. I cannot do anything. I have no idea how to fix this. Or how to find system restore just using Windows Manager Box.. The only thing I can think of that I have recently downloaded on this computer is microsoft NET. something in order to run another program for a game.
Please help me!

i went into safemode and restored the system. now it works. yay.
