Here is the pop-up(Shows below):

I don't know why, but everytime I start the COM the thing pops up. I am not sure what software is it, any help would be awesome!

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Or:

Go to start > Search > All files and folders > also set advanced settings to show hidden and system files and enter:

w003d439.dll

See if you can see what program it is associated with.


You can also check:

start Run... msconfig | Startup

See if you can ID the program there.


Another good app is Autoruns which should find absolutely everything that is starting (or trying to) on your computer:
