Is there a free program that will put my computer into hibernation and then wake it up every day at a certain time?

and also lately every time I put my computer into hibernation anything that is connected to internet stops working so I have to end up rebooting anyway?

why is that?

I found a program called shut down expert and it works. But the only thing is I've noticed that when I put my computer in hibernate and then wake it up none of the internet relied programs, like AIM or Firefox work any more. I have to restart the pc every time in order to get online.
