my problem is that when i go on the internet and when i try to go to a site that uses flash (e.g site with videos) I get a error message "firefox has encounted an error" and the whole browser will close. My guess is that it has something to do with flash but i'm not sure.

do you get the same problems when using IE?

yes and it is worse, any ideas?
