Long story...A friend gave me a burned copy of Paintshop Pro and when I tried to install, not only did it NOT install but it immediately started to popping up with ALOT of pop-up ads and I mean ALOT. I shut the computer off and the next day when I turned it off, the comp was running real slow most likely from adware-spyware-malware over-running my comp, anyway I now noticed that some progs werenh't working anymore, like when I sync my camera to the comp the prog doesn't want to start up anymore, system restore is just a white blank screen, iTunes is always returning an error and have to close message and others. PLEASE, how can I fix this prob without having to lose any data from the comp? Awaiting somebody's...anybody's help...thanks in advance...
