In any event, there is a known bug out there that Access 95 (and any
VB Jet DB accesses to an Access 95 or 97 DB) causes an "Out of Memory" error, if you have 1 GB or more of physical RAM installed. Since removing some RAM from my machine was not an option, I ran MSCONFIG.EXE (located in \winnt\system32 OR which can be nivoked from the Start->Run command prompt). In the BOOT.INI tab, I clicked on the "Advanced Options" button, and selected the "/MAXMEM" option, which was set to my default 1 GB of physical RAM (i.e., 1024). I set it to "1023" (i.e., 1K below my actual physical amount, rebooted, and the rest is history ! My Webboard.exe app runs again like a charm, and at a very small sacrifice of memory.
