I have no idea whether this is the right place to put this.
I am currently running on Nimble X (Linux) off of a CD, this was the first site i
found that could possibly help.
Long winded explanation: my main hard drive has two partitions with an OS on either partition. Both OSes were Windows XP. I had two because one got screwed up. Anyways, i was running out of room on my second (stable) installed version of XP, so I decided to reformat and reinstall xp on the original partitioned space. (So I could have more room as well as having an extra OS in case viruses, etc. got on the clean one) Before doing so, my PC would start up asking me which XP i wanted to run. Now it does not. I cannot access the internet on the freshly installed xp because I would need a network driver, but i cant download it without having access, which would allow easier forum browsing, etc to find a solution.
So I am here asking this: does anyone know how to select which OS i want to run on startup. I know the old XP is still there, i saw it on the fresh one. My PC is not detecting the old one for some reason, and i do not know how to do it manually.
Please, someone respond with an answer soon, i have work to finish on the old XP.
