    THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (ea)
The device driver is spinning in an infinite loop, most likely waiting for
hardware to become idle. This usually indicates problem with the hardware
itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.
If the kernel debugger is connected and running when watchdog detects a
timeout condition then DbgBreakPoint() will be called instead of KeBugCheckEx()
and detailed message including bugcheck arguments will be printed to the
debugger. This way we can identify an offending thread, set breakpoints in it,
and hit go to return to the spinning code to debug it further. Because
KeBugCheckEx() is not called the .bugcheck directive will not return bugcheck
information in this case. The arguments are already printed out to the kernel
debugger. You can also retrieve them from a global variable via
    "dd watchdog!g_WdBugCheckData l5" (use dq on NT64).
On MP machines (OS builds <= 3790) it is possible to hit a timeout when the spinning thread is
interrupted by hardware interrupt and ISR or DPC routine is running at the time
of the bugcheck (this is because the timeout's work item can be delivered and
handled on the second CPU and the same time). If this is the case you will have
to look deeper at the offending thread's stack (e.g. using dds) to determine
spinning code which caused the timeout to occur.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 848a8020, Pointer to a stuck thread object. Do .thread then kb on it to find
    the hung location.
    Arg2: 849e07a8, Pointer to a DEFERRED_WATCHDOG object.
Arg3: 8483fc70, Pointer to offending driver name.
Arg4: 00000001, Number of times this error occurred. If a debugger is attached,
this error is not always fatal -- see DESCRIPTION below. On the
blue screen, this will always equal 1.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000001c, memory referenced
    Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 00000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: 8053f6a9, address which referenced memory

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c000001d, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: b3d6a87d, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: b3f59c90, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: b3f5998c, Context Record Address

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: e1b59b00, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: b414fc20, Trap Frame
    Arg4: 00000000

I might not get to looking at these in detail tonight but on the surface there is both your Creative Audio drivers and ATI graphics drivers.

As a first try you might uninstall and reinstall theses drivers.

Yeah I have uninstalled and reinstalled them a couple of times. I do appreciate all the help and I have no problem waiting for you to go over them no matter how long it takes. I am very patient I just want to get to the bottom of this problem

Also one more thing I forgot to add. This is my temperatures in the bios for my computer, I dont know if this would affect my video card messing up. Here they are:

CPU Kernel Temp. 71 degrees C/159 degrees F
    CPU Temp. 43 degrees C/ 109 degrees F
    SYS Temp 36 degrees C/ 96 degrees F

    hi there,

your CPU Kernel Temps and CPU temps are fairly high - could of gone a little bit higher (90 degrees C) and that would of caused a crash especially during a processor intensive experience like a game. are you confident in opening up your computer and verifying that the fans are working correctly and at the correct speed? Also in the bios did it say the fan speed?

    Regards
    mathias

There is one fan on the computer case that doesnt work, but I did take the side door of the case off about a month ago. I am not quite sure what else I can do to cool down my computer. Do you think getting a water cooling kit would help? Are they hard to install? Also I see a lot of errors while reading these debugging logs. Is there any way I can fix some of them? My computer the last week or so has just been randomly restarting even while I am doing simple operations and not just playing video games, so I think the problem is deeper than just over heating but I am not sure. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Liquid cooling is cool! I would not build another computer without it. It is easy if you are comfortable with completely disassembling the computer. In most cases the water block on the CPU and Chipset (if desired) require removing the motherboard unless your case gives access to the back side. The mounting plates for the blocks create like a motherboard sandwich with a bracket on each side of the board. After that it is so easy; fast; & cool! I lowered my temps by nearly 50%. My 3.6GB overclocked Prescott now runs only a few degrees above room temperature.

    Anyway:

I have spent some time in your dumps. They indicate both your Audio Drivers and Graphics Drivers.
Especially in regards to Memory functions. There is some hint of a security block as well; as of some software built to detect and block certain functions.

Is the Creative Audio a PCI card? If so you might want to try going back to the on-board audio just for a test.

Also you might want to try an older version of the ATI driver (remembering to uninstall the present first).

    Also run check disk:

    start | Run cmd

    Type: chkdsk /f

You will be told that you cannot do this as the files are in use > Do you want to run on next boot? Y or N

    Type: y and then reboot.
