display problems

    Angry display problems

    Hi we have only just had our computer 4 days and my daughter has had a play and manged to rotate display 90 degrees and I cannot work out how to turn back. Getting v sore neck trying to fix - Please help. We are running windows XP.

    start - control panel - display -settings - advanced - rotation

    I could initiate a philosophical debate on your latter question but as next generations do she is however haphazardly suppling you with new knowledge.

    Fixing ones' self would be the first step but since I know of no one that has achieved that I can only offer these remarks on the gift that your child is to you.

    On a perhaps more realistic account you can give her her own account and limit the control she has on the computer.

    start Control Panel > User Accounts > Create a new account > Limited

    yes computers are a lot easier to program than humans, but worth the effort.
