Howdy everybody,

I have a Dell laptop which isn't too old, but all of the sudden whenever I turn it on , it freezes in Windows xp window and it stays for ages like this, once it managed somehow to pass this window and access the system but it gaved me this error"Hardware problem"...
I'd appriciate any help...

can you boot in safe mode?

I've just turn it on and I booted it in the safe mode, but can u tell me what does that do?

when I did the safe mode it got stuck again...

are you running AC or with the battery?

did this problem just start, have you added any hardware or software to it, is the laptop getting very hot?

since my battery is burnt I'm running AC now, this problem just started I did not add any hardware or software and my laptop is not getting hot...

it may need a good battery as well even to work on AC
