I would suggest loading the dump tools I posted above so we can at least take a look at what is bothering XP.
You could also try to contact Mercury and ask about the BIOS install method.

If you were trying the Current Release try a Previous Release.
Make sure that you are downloading the 32bit version unless you are running XP64.
Do you have enough free space on your hard drive?

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fc117b0a, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fc117b0a, address which referenced memory

I cannot get much from that log as it is not getting the symbols it needs.
Was that run thru the DeBug Wiz?
You might try this setting to trace new dumps:
Right click on My Computer then click Properties then Advanced
Startup and Recovery > Settings
Change the Write Debugging information to : Kernel Memory Dump
Post new logs. You can also check older logs and see if the symbols were read correctly.
The jist of that error was a driver. A full log should point out the driver in question.
Hi,
I am getting the same log.
Command string to pass to debuger
-logo c:\debuglog.txt -c "!analyze -v;r;kv;lmtn;.logclose;q" -y SRV*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols -i D:\WINDOWS;D:\WINDOWS\system32;D:\WINDOWS\system32 \drivers -z "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini072906-01.dmp"
Location of debuging tools
C:\Program Files\Debugging Tools for Windows\cdb.exe
Are the settings right?
Regards
Ron
Apparently there is some confusion between C: and D:
Is your XP loaded on C:?
Do you have two Operating Systems?
What is on D:?
Hi,
Windows xp loaded on C: as well as D: drive![]()
Windows XP on C: is not genuine & its activation period is over![]()
![]()
Windows XP on D: is genuine![]()
Could you tell me how to remove it?
Regards
