Dont know what happened but i can no longer update my palm phone. When I log on its says that my selected port, com 7 is not available at this time. Hotsync manger will open the port when it becomes available.

I dont understand because I update via usb. I haven't installed any new software and everything else (printer camera scanner etc) appears to be working normally. I looked in device manager and the only port listed is ecp printer port I'm not positive but I think there used to be more ports under that heading. I did try using install hardware but it came back and said nothing to install.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
