Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.


I connect to AOL broadband via a BT voyager 100 modem. Recently the DSL light failed to light up and I couldn't connect.


I hooked up my old pc and managed to connect ok. This would suggest that my phone line and modem are ok. What could be wrong with my other pc? I tried reinstalling AOL but that made no difference.


Any ideas?

have you tried another USB slot on the PC, or removed the drivers to the modem and reinstalling them?
