I just bought a lab top and I only opened used it once and did all the normal windows stuff where you basically say next, I didnt do anything unusual or anything as I am not a computer expert. I have been unable to load windows ever since getting this error-

Return the laptop to the retailer or manufacturer. You have a warranty and the right to receive a working machine.

I empathize with your problem as I hate it when new things don't work but this is definitely the retailer/manufacturers problem and not yours.
