Computer freezing with antivirus software.
Recently on my laptop ( i am using my desktop at the moment) i found that i had a few viruses, so i looked on the web and found 'winantivirus' which looked really good, i installed it and it ran fine and said it found some viruses. Then i realised you had to pay for it, so i looked for some free ones, but i could'nt find any. So i turned off my computer and looked for my old norton antivirus, a few hours later, i turned on my laptop again, it ran into windows fine loaded all the things, but after about 30 seconds the 'winantvirus' screen came up, i tryed to exit it and click on something else but my laptop just froze, this happens every time now, which means i cant get into my laptop. So i have to turn off my laptop by holding the power button. I was just wondering if there is any easy solution for this, or if there is a way to completely restart windows,to remove all programs and stuff so this would not happen again.
Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaase someone help!
Thanks.

Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key after your BIOS POST but before Windows starts.
On the menu choose Safe Mode.
Here you could either try a System Restore to a point prior to the installation of winanitvirus and or try to uninstall it in Safe Mode proper.
