I have got 8 midgets (thunderflies) inbetween the top clear layer of my screen and the next layer, they are driving me nuts! I've got a 15" LCD dell flat screen. Does anyone know how to remove it so I can get the little bugs out?

if you feel confident in doing it, remove the stand, un-screw all the screws from the back and take the back part of the cover off, then just work your way through (the front part may come off straight away or you may need to take out a fer more screws.
dont know how easy/hard it will be as i have never done it (have taken apart a dell CRT screen but not an LCD)

Hey, I would do that but there is only 4 screws that hold the stand on and thats it, no other screws anywhere!

what about under stickers/sticky pads? unscrew the 4 screws and see where that gets you, you may find more screwz under that.

What is the model of the Dell monitor? (or computer)
