When i type it lags everything.. if i hold a key and try and move my mouse it wont move untill i let go of the key.. it really sucks because i cant play my favorite game anymore ... please for the love of god help me

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

it has been happening since i got a virus that i had to remove by paying for the full version of stopzilla .. i wouldent dare restore for that reason... im listing to music as i type this and u should hear it when i type it slows down... god i need help

not only that it wont let me restore.. it does it all untill the restart is finished and then it says cannot be restored

After verifying that your machine is clean you might want to reload your audio drivers.
