You need the audio drivers from either your computer manufacturer or the motherboards' depending on whether this is a custom built machine or a manufactured one.
We need the make and model of the computer e.g. Dell Dimension 4200
Or the make and model of the motherboard e.g. Asus P5VD1-X
Device Manger doesnt dectect it

Do you have the manual? Is there not a logo or label on the case?
Belarc might show it if you do not know under System Model

Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 is only available pre-installed on computers sold by PC manufacturers.
Emachines W4885
Is this correct?
Im sorry it says its Windows Xp Home Edition on my properties I always thought it was Media Center because thats what I was told :-/
Emachines W4885
http://www.emachines.com/support/pro...es&model=W4885
Shows that it was shipped with: Microsoft® Windows® XP Home
eMachine does not list drivers so you would probably have to find them from the motherboard manufacturer.

There are 4 versions here. I would start with the first and try each one if the first or next does not work. Reboot after each attempt.
The download is a .zip file. Right click after downloading and then extract to a folder.
Inside the folder look for a setup.exe
