When I minimise a program i.e Word it disappears completely from the taskbar below. The only way I can get it back is if I press and hold Alt and then Tab across to it. How can I get it back to the taskbar? I've right clicked on the taskbar and highlighted the lock programs to taskbar (or whatever it says) but they still disappear. Please HELP!
