Hi all.
I have a Pakard Bell easynote6 and the screen has gone black. I am assuming that some sort of backlight has gone because if you tilt the screen in the light you can faintly see what is on the screen. To compound this problem it is now refusing to boot up corectly. It has the boot screen then it goes to the screen that offers safe mode set up etc, but no matter which I select it just re-boots to the screen with the start up options again. I would really appreciate some help on this as I have lots of family photos that I would like to download to disk in case the repair destroys them or I need to do a restore.
