    Hi again

I managed to get my sound working but I have another problem. The sound is only playing from one speaker, which is the left one. The right one is no longer working, everything is plugged in the right places (i think) and the sound is very low even though on all the settings it is turned up really loud.

    Pleeeeease help!

    Hi again!

Yes everything is correct and in the middle and nothing is on mute.

The colour codes dont match up though, the speaker with the brown cord works when its placed in the green coded hole in the back of my tower.

When the green is placed it doesnt work. I have tried all sorts of combinations but no luck.

It's only the left speaker working, i need the right one working as this is were the volume and headfone sockets are. The sound coming out of the left is very faint.

My monitor and speakers are a compaq fs740

green is normally the speaker colour connect that to the green socket on the tower, the pink one to the pink socket on the tower and pink to the monitor
you should have a cable comming from the left speaker that connects to the right speaker, also a cable that connects from the right speaker to the back of the monitor

have a look Here scroll down to product manual it should open in adobe or any other PDF reader
