Hiya. I have a small issue with a user's PC at work wherein the CD-ROM drive is apparently choosing not to appear in Windows Explorer. Even stranger is the fact that it appears normally under other profiles on that machine - it's only missing under his. I've added him to the local admin group, but that hasn't helped. When he inserts CDs, they autoplay, but he still can't browse the drive for some reason. What could be causing this?

The PC in question is running Windows XP SP2. It's a Dell GX620 desktop w/ 512 MB RAM and a 3.2 GHz CPU. Any other info needed, lemme know. And thanks in advance.
