From a distance it appears that your formatting affected this drive as well.

You could try a Repair Install of XP from your Original XP CD:

If this works it would retain the old data if it does indeed exist.


Otherwise a Clean Install might be in order (but this would format/wipe the drive clean):

If your data is very valuable I would suggest removing the hard drive immediately.

You can install it into another PC and use third party software to try and recover the data.

There are many programs out there. Most cost something.
