hi Jephree, in user accounts I get 3 options change an account
create a new account
change the way users log on or off

Create a new account.

Make it an Administrator account.

If you want to retrieve data from Learner5 you might be able to from the Built-in Administrator account.

Otherwise you can delete it using the Built-in account.

can you explain in a little more detail please

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts

Click Create a New Account and follow the prompts that appear. Create a Name etc. Make it an Administrator account.

I don't know what account you are logged into but if it is an Administrator account you will be able to do this.

Logging into the Built-in Administrator account should give you all access.

If you are logged on as Learner5 go to start and Log Off then Log On to the built-in Administrator account.

Unless this has been altered this will be named: Administrator

Unless a password has been set pressing Enter should pass the password.
