i just downloaded the realtek audio drivers the correct one also i just need assistance on how to turn them on please help as soon as possible

yes i have setup it up and followed the steps and it installed and irestarted my omputer all i need to know is how to activate the drivers through control panel

Are you sure that this is the model #? Did you get your driver from HP?

The drivers i downloaded was Realtek Audio drivers .97

I went to system information and thats what came up as manufacturer

You need the HP drivers. You need to know the exact model # of the Presario.
