I have a strange issue. My computer stops responding at odd times. I can move the mouse cursor but can not click on anything. Then I hit ctrl+alt+del and hit the x twice everything starts to work again. I does this even when nothing shows in the applications screen.I know it is some program I loaded that has some secret device running. Also there is a change in my cursorit seems to go to automatic when I scroll. I have no idea where it came from. I have run norto 2006, System Mechanic 6, AdAware and spybot. all to no avail. Help

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
