Everytime i turn my pc on it comes up with the Welcome screen and then just comes up with my background display picture and nothing else so i cant run any programs on it.
Somebody please help i need the pc for my coursework for school.

Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key after your BIOS POST but before Windows starts.

Choose: "Last known good configuration..."
