What exactly did you do to hide it? Do you mean that you cannot find it any more or that you do not have access?

If you have XP Home the above only works in Safe Mode.

well u know when u right mouse and go to properites it says read-only and Hidden well i pressed hidden and i can get it back i know it's on my computer because i have it linked threw another file

Is your option set to Show Hidden Files and Folders?

Control Panel > Folder Options > View
