Is this a new problem? Do you know what card you have in there?

What is the computer make and model? Or is it custom built?

Is it a card or on-board? Does the monitor (VGA) cable go to the side of the case (vertical/on-board) or towards the middle (horizontal/card)

Can you open it up and ID the card or chip from a printed label?

You probably just need to reload the drivers but you will need to ID it first.
