Hi.

Just recently, about 87% of the time my computer has been freezing at the part where it says "Windows is shutting is shutting down." It stays there until I have to shut it off.

Does anyone have any solutions?

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
