When I try to make a copy of a folder to my DVD drive, I receive the following message:
"Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this folder. What do you want Windows to do? Retry, Skip, Cancel."


Just above this Window's message is another window saying "Copying and the file folder name." But nothing is really happening.

How do I find and fix the problem with Windows copying?

What program are you using?

The in built software for XP will only write to CD. DVD requires the use of 3rd party software.
