i bought a new grapics card and keep uninstalling and disabling the onboard grapics but everytime i restart rundll32.exe keeps saying driver found and installing drivers for the onboard grapics controller can i disable rundll32.exe or another process which may be doing this?

Have you disabled in both the BIOS and the Device Manager?

yes i have, i dont understand what is going on, i took all the neccasary steps, but it keeps finding it and reinstalling

Look in msconfig | Startup

See if this rundll is listed there. If so uncheck it.
