My computer has just been rebooted as it wouldnt allow me online so i decided to give up and reboot everything and start from scratch still cant get on msn messenger now it is saying i am not connected to the net.messenger service, i also cant connect to the internet through my wireless network and have to use the cables to connect to the broadband please help im useless with computers!!xox

is the firewall stopping you get on MSN, is the wireless set up a secure

The firewall recognises msn so dnt think it is that also my wireless connection is secure

I didnt get any booklets with it i can tell u the name and make of the laptop tho, its a Acer Aspire 3610 sorry im useless with computers
