Question programmes asking me to install ????

    hiya
when i switch on my computer a few programmes start up which i dont mind but
there is 2 that are annoying and i dont know how to get them to stop or remove them?

one is an incredimail installation and the other is a broadband installation
    the incredimail one is
incredimail_install.exe i already installed it but silly me tried to install it again dont ask but now it says there is a shortcut on your desktop ready for you to install the programme
ive checked add/remove programmes but its not there

the other one is the broadband installer reboot helper i was in the middle of installing the ntl broadband disk and cut short when i realised i didnt need to run it
now it keeps asking to put in the disk arggghhh!
i think i deleted it but when the computer started up again it says rebooting virtualtruck???

what have i done its driving me mad

Look in msconfig (start>run 'msconfig') and see if there's any mention of VirtualTruck. Maybe your I.S.P. downloaded something into your computer calling for this.

sounds like a problem with your dsl or wireless installation.

DSL and wireless service providers are using the company's VirtualTruck software to install more than 8,000 subscribers each day
try these links for the first error u mentioned http://www.cryer.co.uk/brian/windows...l.htm#Registry

    Hope this helps
