Ok, I have about 3 or 4 major things happening on my PC (spyware and viruses)... And neither antivirus software or anti-spyware can pick them up... so if you could please help... please help

1. I keep getting popups called "ULWindowSeek" and "ULWindowURL" popups every 20 minutes, nothing major but just reeeely annoying...

2. GBD Dialer and Modem stuff... I keep getting popups about DialUp, saying where to connect and crap like that... when i dont even use dial up or modems, so im pretty sure thats related to the viruses/spyware.

3. Porn Links... every time the "ULWindowSeek" and "ULWindowURL" popups appear, about 20 seconds later i get a porn link on my desktop... yet again... really annoying... and it could make my parents think i watch dirty movies or somthing...

4. Not too long ago I got my eBay password changed, i got control of it, changed my password back and stuff... but im worried it could happen again and this time no-way of changing my pass because they could change my Secret Question. I ran a scan about 1/2 after this and i found a lotta stuff, i think it was somthing called "Web Hancer" that caused the ebay problem (It said it records user activity), i immediately deleted all the objects (about 70 altogether, ran the scan using Lavasoft, Windows Defender picked up some other stuff, but i think it was all the same as what the Lavasoft scan found).

So if somone could, please, just help me out... Its not just annoying, people having my eBay account under-control is quite scary!
