This is generally an application specific error. Is that the full verbatim error or does it point out an application?

You could try to determine the app with msconfig | startup:

So this message appears everytime you boot?

Can you just bypass it? Is it causing any problems?

Again using msconfig startup you can selectively test your starting apps.
