when i scroll its jerky left or right or up and down

I used to have that same problem, it disappeared after I enabled or disabled the "Smooth Scrolling" option in Settings. This was a long time ago, so I cant remember if I enabled it or disabled it, but I toggled the option to its only other possible value.

This problem also happens on really slow computers whiich don't have anough RAM; you might have this problem if your computer is very old.

I experienced the problem on Internet Explorer so I went to Internet Explorer settings. I'd detail you the entire path but I am using Linux and dont have IE on this computer. I think it might be in the "Advanced" tab - it is the page which has a lot of checkbox options.

went to smooth scroll list box changed it there no change
